COMMAGENE , Samosata. Philip I. AD 244-249. Æ (31mm, 23.61 g, 12h). Local standard. Struck circa AD 246-249. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Tyche seated left on rocks, with eagle perched on outstretched arm; at feet, Pegasus springing left. Butcher 31a. Near VF, dark brown patina with earthen highlights/deposits, some porosity.
